A resident of the Kama region was fined for stealing money from the account of a neighbor
The court in the Perm municipal district issued a sentence against a 29-year-old resident

The court in the Perm municipal district issued a verdict against a 29-year-old resident of Kukushtan. The woman was found guilty of stealing from a bank account, according to the GU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Perm Territory.
Law enforcement officers found that at the end of September last year, a 54-year-old neighbor turned to the woman with a request to help make some payments through an online bank, explaining that she does not understand modern gadgets. Taking advantage of the fact that the neighbor’s phone was in her hands, the woman issued a loan to the victim, and after crediting the funds transferred to her account about 50 thousand rubles.
The applicant learned that a loan worth more than 111 thousand rubles was issued in her name only after a call from the bank demanding to repay the debt.
The guards established the involvement of the offender in the crime. A resident of Kukushtan fully admitted guilt and repented of what she had done, explaining that she had spent the stolen money on the needs of her family and children.
The court sentenced the guilty to a fine of 20 thousand rubles in the state income. It must also fully compensate for the material damage caused.
