Resident of the Malowvisher district ordered to remove illegally installed pier
The Prosecutor’s Office of the Malovishersky district checked compliance with water legislation and found out that a resident of the village of Empty Visherka arbitrarily “stabbed” part of the coast and water area of the Malaya Visherka River and illegally installed a pier on metal stilts
The prosecutor's office of the Malavishersky district checked compliance with water legislation and found out that a resident of the village of Empty Visherka arbitrarily "stabbed" part of the coast and water area of the Malaya Visherka River and illegally installed a pier on metal stilts.
The prosecutor found this violation and sent a statement of claim to the court, in which he demanded to remove the pier. The court granted the claim. Now the prosecutor's office will monitor that the court decision was implemented.
