A resident of the Tula region was convicted of threatening to kill in the store Mtsensk

In Orel region, a resident of the Tula region was found guilty of threatening to kill a visitor to the store “Red & White” in Mtsensk. The details of the case were told in the press service of the district court.

The incident happened in March 2025. There was a verbal conflict between the men. After that, the defendant, holding a folding knife in his hand, threatened the victim: “I will cut.” He saw the threat as real.

A resident of the Tula region admitted guilt and repented. Taking into account the punishment under another sentence, he was sentenced to 1 year and 4 months of imprisonment in a strict regime colony. The sentence has entered into force.
