Residents of Saransk told that the habit of squeezing teeth can turn into a problem with joints

Residents of Saransk were told that the habit of tightening teeth can turn into a problem with the joints. Young people are increasingly complaining of clicks, tension and discomfort in the jaw area.

Such complaints are often associated with stress, sleep disturbances, and unconscious tooth compression during school or work. At rest, the teeth should not constantly touch.

If the compression of the teeth is repeated from day to day, the load on the joint increases. Experts advise not to try to independently develop or adjust the joint, but to start with the consultation of an orthodontist.
