LCD in the area of streets Prilukskaya and Glagolev will be put into operation until the end of 2026

The head of the administration of the Moscow district Sergey Rubanov on October 5 got acquainted with the construction of a residential complex located within the boundaries of the streets of Prilukskaya — Glagolev — Zhukova, the correspondent of the agency “Minsk-Novosti”.

LCD for more than 500 apartments began to be built in 2019. It is a large 13-storey house in the shape of a trapezoid and underground parking. Part of the building (1st and 2nd sections) was commissioned and occupied. Due to the difficulties encountered by the developer, the regulatory deadlines for the introduction of the remaining 3-7 sections were extended.

Now the construction of the LCD is entering the final stage. The house with its final outlines and almost decorated facade is well visible from Dzerzhinsky Avenue.

The readiness of the 3-5th sections is 98%. Completion of the adjacent territory, laying of tiles is completed, and commissioning works are carried out inside the building, installation of elevators is performed. The apartments look like the owners are about to start accepting residential meters. By the way, future residents are already viewing their square meters, someone invites a designer to prepare a repair project in advance.

- According to these three sections, the developer receives the necessary certificates and conclusions of public services for presentation to the construction department. It is planned to commission this part of the LCD before the end of October, Rubanov explained.

Work continues on the last, 6-7th sections. Their readiness is 84%. The installation of the roof and the insulation of the facade are completed. Internal laying of engineering communications, finishing of public places is carried out. Builders work every weekend.

The residential complex is under the control of the district administration, we hold meetings with the participation of the developer, monitor the progress of work. Today, the object does not cause concern. All queues of construction, contractual relations of the developer with equity holders are executed, Rubanov said. The facility is built strictly in accordance with the design and estimate documentation, which is approved by the state construction expert examination. And all questions that may arise from equity holders, including the quality of finishing works of public places, redevelopment of apartments, are worked out together with the developer. We inform future residents about the progress of construction.

According to the director of the developer company Veronika Zenevich, during the construction, the LCD project was adjusted.

- And these changes were dictated solely by the appeals of shareholders to our address. Initially, stained glass groups were made of cold aluminum. We received complaints from residents that such structures in operation did not prove themselves well, leaked. The owners subsequently had to change them to a PVC profile. In the current construction phase, we have foreseen this in advance. There have also been requests for storage spaces. We are fully fulfilling our contractual obligations, Zenevich stressed.

She also said that at the finish line and work on the construction of an underground parking, in which the installation of ventilation is completed.

On the territory of the LCD there is a bicycle parking, a children's playground.
