Happiness does not have a single formula, each Belarusian house brings it out in its own way. Seven large families worked on the most accurate solution today, October 10. The main intrigue - who got the title "Family of the Year - 2026" - was resolved on the stage of the Palace of Sports, the correspondent of sb.by reports.

In the creative project “Family: formula of happiness”, the participants revealed their way of life, traditions and hobbies. Moms, dads and baby tested their strength in separate competitions. In addition, each team prepared a social project dedicated to the Year of the Belarusian Woman.

The strongest recognized family Sviridyuk from Kobrin district. Friendly, athletic and creative - so say about their family Olga and Dmitry. Their story began at school: the future spouses met in the first grade, then their paths parted to cross again at the age of twenty. Today they are raising three children - Seryozha, Polina and little Maxim.

- At first I doubted whether to participate, and then I thought: why not try? She asked her husband because the decision had to be made together. Honestly, I still can't believe we won. This award belongs to our entire family. The family helped prepare for each stage and supported us.

The head of the family is engaged in construction work, and now is on leave to care for three-year-old Maxim. The recipe for happiness Dmitry finds in the lyrics of the song: “Treba Trymazza Razam”. I treba tremazza is close
- We have many family customs. For example, digging potatoes – we will start tomorrow. For the holidays, we gather at a big table: relatives and friends, people of different generations. Make sure we bake cakes.
To this custom, the Sviridyuk family dedicated the social project “Bread on the palms of a generation”. One of Olga’s ancestors owned a bakery in Moscow. Her mother and grandmother still put bread in the oven, now the baton is taken by fourth-grader Pauline:
- I am very happy that we won, because we have the kindest, most loved and active family. I, like my dad, sing, still dance, and Seryozha studies judo.

No finalists were left without gifts. Each family received a cash prize and additional awards from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, as well as sponsors of the competition: a bicycle, television, aerogrill, a robot vacuum cleaner, a window washer and a ticket to the water park.
