The Ministry discusses new rules for virtual operators

The Ministry is working with telecom operators on new requirements for virtual mobile operators (MVNO, Mobile Virtual Network Operator), especially for banking projects. We are talking about the regulation of tariffs for communication services between the owner of a physical network (host operator) and the virtual operator that leases this infrastructure. Minister of Digital Development Maksut Shadayev spoke about this at the plenary session of the Digital Solutions forum.
