“Receiving calls, informing by phone around the clock is carried out by an intelligent information platform organized on the basis of applications of generative artificial intelligence and neural networks. She is no longer Sashenka, she is now Alexandra, said the head of the CEC Ella Pamfilova (quoted by TASS).

According to her, Alexander’s robot performs up to 1,000 telephone conversations simultaneously. The robot learned to find the right information faster and more accurately. The CEC received a robot answering machine in the autumn of 2017.
