In early September, Mr. Moiseev spoke about plans to sell Lesta to a private investor in the next two months. He did not give a specific amount of the transaction, but noted that the company is “very expensive”. On September 15, Forbes reported that negotiations on the purchase are being conducted by a former Formula 1 pilot, the son of the founder of Uralkali Nikita Mazepin. According to the source of the publication, “Lesta” was estimated at 50 billion rubles.

The Lesta game studio was originally a Russian division of the Belarusian Wargaming studio (World of Tanks, World of Warships, WoT Blitz) and was engaged in the development of World of Warships.
