The Tagansky district court of Moscow again found Google LLC, as well as Telegram Messenger Inc guilty of failure to delete information banned in Russia. The fine under part 2 of article 13.41 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation for both companies amounted to 3.8 million rubles.

In early September, according to a similar protocol, Google imposed a fine of 7.6 million rubles, Telegram — 11.4 million rubles.
