The Nordsee-Zeitung newspaper reported that in the port of Bremerhaven (in northern Germany) during mooring, a cruise ship Mein Schiff 3 collided with a container ship. It's from sb.by.
As reported by RIA Novosti, the liner collided with the ship when leaving the pier. As a result, a crack with a length of about 10 meters appeared in the hull of the container ship. No one was hurt.
Nordsee-Zeitung suggests that the cause of the accident could be strong gusts of storm wind – they complicated the maneuvers of the liner.
