Resident of Zavolzhsk will be tried for the repeated demonstration of prohibited signs

Ivanovsky SK completó la investigación del caso penal contra un residente de 45 años de la ciudad de Zavolzhsk. He is accused of committing a crime under Part 1 of Article 282.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (repeated public demonstration of the symbol of an extremist organization).

According to the investigation, in September 2026, the defendant, previously brought to administrative responsibility for a similar offence, being in a public place in the city of Zavolzhsk in the presence of other citizens, publicly demonstrated the symbol and attributeds of the organization, whose activities are prohibited in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Los investigadores han reunido pruebas suficientes. The criminal case was approved by the prosecutor and sent to court.
