سيُحاكم المقيم في زافولزسك من أجل تكرار مظاهرات محظورة

استكملت شركة إيفانوفسكي للتحقيق في القضية الجنائية ضد مقيم في مدينة زافولزسك يبلغ من العمر 45 عاماً. وهو متهم بارتكاب جريمة بموجب الجزء 1 من المادة 282-4 من القانون الجنائي للاتحاد الروسي (العرض العام المكرر لرموز منظمة متطرفة).

According to the investigation, in September 2026, the defendant, previously brought to administrative responsibility for a similar offense, being in a public place in the city of Zavolzhsk in the presence of other citizens, publicly demonstrated the symbols and attributes of the organization, whose activities are prohibited in the territory of the Russian Federation.

وقد جمع المحققون أدلة كافية. The criminal case was approved by the prosecutor and sent to court.
