Tbilisiba Festival of Georgian Culture returns to Minsk after a seven-year hiatus. The event will be held on October 3 at the venue at the Palace of Sports, the chairman of the Georgian cultural and educational society "SAKARTVELO" Tengiz Dumbadze told reporters, the correspondent of the agency "Minsk-Novosti".

- We appealed to the city with a proposal seven years later to allow us to re-organize the Georgian holiday “Tbilisoba” in the center of the capital. The festival will be held on October 3 at the site near the Sports Palace, where we invite everyone. It will be an open platform for everyone, a real holiday of peoples – something that the world today is so lacking, Dumbadze said.
Tbilisoba is an annual holiday dedicated to the harvest and the city of Tbilisi, which is traditionally celebrated on the first weekend of October. The eponymous festival was held in Minsk from 2015 to 2019, gathering thousands of Minsk residents and guests of the capital in the Upper City.
