According to investigators, Irina Yasakova no later than June 2021 developed a plan for theft of buyer’s funds when selling a building in Romanov Lane. She knew about the decision of the Second Court of Cassation of December 2, 2020, which recognized the bid for the sale of the object as invalid, but hid this information from the businessman Igor Malozemov.
In July 2021, Ms. Yasakova convinced Malozemov to conclude a contract of sale, assuring him of the absence of disputes and encumbrances. واستقبلت ياساكوفا أول مرة إيداعا قدره ٥٠٠ ألف روبل، وبعد تسجيل الصفقة - ٥٤,٥ مليون روبل، وهو ما تصرفت به حسب تقديرها. وبلغ مجموع الأضرار 55 مليون روبل.
