The investigation established that the men, with the help of an intermediary, bribed the employees of the military enlistment offices of Elabuga and Naberezhnye Chelny, the amount amounted to 450 thousand rubles. As a result, one of them illegally obtained a military card without serving in the army or under alternative civilian service.
