On October 27, at about 20:40 in the Vilei district on the 104 km of the R-28 “Minsk-Molodechno-Naroch” highway, a fatal accident occurred: an 18.year-old girl who did not have the right to drive a Volkswagen at the rounding of the road to the right led to the oncoming lane and collided with a Mitsubishi car.
