The Alexandrovsky City Court found the owner of the Tobacco store guilty of committing an offense related to the trafficking of unmarked tobacco products.

In January 2025, the defendant purchased and put up for sale more than 2,200pack of cigarettes that do not have mandatory excise markings. In March 2025, the police revealed this offense, illegal products worth about 300 thousand rubles were withdrawn from circulation.
