A criminal case has been opened against two 33year-old men from the Ivanovo and Vladimir regions. According to the investigation, from July 2022 to September 2025, they were looking for people without stable social ties in the Ivanovo, Kostroma and Vladimir regions.
The defendants found 18 people, brought them to Vladimir and forced them to work as handymen at one of the local enterprises. الرجال أخذوا أجرهم دون أن يتشاركوا معهم وأُخذت جوازات سفر من الضحايا واستقرت في منزل غير مقيم في شارع فيجين، حيث لم تُقدَّم لهم سوى الأغذية والاحتياجات الأساسية.
