Passports were taken and locked for the night: two Russian men held in slavery 18 people
In Vladimir, two men seized the passports of 18 people and forced them to work for free at the enterprise. The criminal case has been sent to court.

In the Russian city of Vladimir in court will answer two men who used slave labor 18 people. This is reported by the SU TFR in the region.
A criminal case has been opened against two 33-year-old men from the Ivanovo and Vladimir regions. According to the investigation, from July 2022 to September 2025, they were looking for people without stable social ties in the Ivanovo, Kostroma and Vladimir regions.
The defendants found 18 people, brought them to Vladimir and forced them to work as handymen at one of the local enterprises. The men took their wages without sharing them with anyone. Passports were taken from the victims and settled in a dilapidated non-residential house on Feygin Street, where they were provided only with food and basic necessities.
The men controlled all the actions of the slaves: they locked them up at night, accompanied them to work and back. Those who tried to resist were threatened with violence and used physical force. The defendants admitted their guilt in part. During the investigation, they were in custody, and now their case has been transferred to court.
