أحد سكان (بارناول) تشاجر مع جار وهدد بقتلها بفأس

كان هناك تضارب بين الجيران وخلال تبادل شفهي، أخذت إحدى النساء فأساً من المخزن وبدأت تلويحه أمام خصومها، وهددت بالقتل.

واتُهمت المرأة بموجب الجزء 1 من المادة 119 من القانون الجنائي للاتحاد الروسي (تعرضها للقتل). In court, the citizen denied guilt and claimed that she was just holding an axe in her hands. The justice of the peace of the woman guilty of a crime and sentenced her to five months of imprisonment. وقد استأنف الحكم، ولكن محكمة الاستئناف وافقت على قرار المحكمة الابتدائية.
