خمسة أجانب اختطفوا مواطنين في موسكو

واتهم اثنان من المحتجزين بالاختطاف )الفقرة " أ " من الجزء ٢ من المادة ١٢٦ من القانون الجنائي(. On October 8, the investigation intends to apply to the Kuzminsky District Court with a petition for their detention.

واتهم ثلاثة شركاء آخرين مزعومين غيابيا. The investigation also intends to request their arrest in absentia.

According to Part 2 of Art. 126 of the Criminal Code, kidnapping of a person committed by a group of persons on prior conspiracy or with the use of violence dangerous to life or health, threatens with punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of five to 12 years.
