The 58-year-old man was found guilty of rape and sent to serve his sentence in a high-security correctional colony. وأمرته المحكمة أيضا بدفع تعويض نقدي للضحية، ولكن دخل السجين لم يكن كافيا لسداد الدين.

During the inspection of the property status of the convicted bailiff found his apartment with an area of 42.5 square meters. The property was seized, after which the residential premises were put up for sale for execution of the court decision.
