As a result, in 2024, she was appointed and paid benefits at the tariffs of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, which are much higher than the Dagestani ones: 013,136 rubles were received on the account.
The legal right of the defendant to receive benefits at the place of actual residence was 659 760 rubles, so the amount of damage caused to the state - the amount of the illegally received difference - amounted to 353 376 rubles, which is a large amount.
