Re-registration of an SUV for a wife did not save a resident of Morshansk from sources

The Tambov regional court reviewed the sentence of a resident of Morshansk, convicted of re-driving transport while drunk.

The Morsha District Court found the man guilty of driving while intoxicated by a person already subject to administrative punishment for refusal to undergo a medical examination.

As established in court, in February of this year, the defendant sat behind the wheel of the Ssang Yong Kayron II drunk, although he had previously been brought to administrative responsibility, but did not draw conclusions for himself.
