وأمرت المحكمة إدارة الشويا بإصلاح " بيت كوكوفين " التجاري

نصب بنيان القرن التاسع عشر "منزل (كوكوفين) في شارع (مالاتشي بيلوف)" According to the court decision, the Shui administration is obliged to put the building in order within two years.

بمجرد أن ينتمي هذا المنزل إلى التاجر (سيرغي كوكوفين) الذي قام بتبادل المعدات الآن المبنى في حالة مكتئبة، السقف مُدمّر، يُنهارُ بلاستر، يسقط الطوب على الواجهات ويُدمّرُ.

The lawsuit was filed by the Regional Monument Protection Committee. The court took into account that the city, as a former landlord, did not fulfill its obligations to overhaul the house before the privatization of apartments, and ordered the municipality to restore the cultural heritage site.
