In the Yaroslavl region, the court sent into custody a precinct police officer passing the defendants in a criminal case about a fire at the pyrotechnics production in the village of Kubrinsk. On the selected measure of restraint told TASS lawyer Sergey Fedorov.
According to the lawyer, the investigation requested the arrest of a police officer. He was charged with abuse of office under Article 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. At the same time, according to the lawyer, the accused does not admit his guilt.
