In Belarus, for the first time, a transcatheter implantation of a tricuspid valve into a previously installed prosthesis was performed. A unique intervention was performed by specialists of the RSPC "Cardiology", BelTA reports.
A patient born in 1959 was admitted to the center with chronic heart failure caused by dysfunction of the previously implanted ring-corrector. ونظراً لارتفاع خطر تكرار إجراء عملية جراحية مفتوحة، قرر المجلس تطبيق أسلوب إصلاحي للأشعة السينية.
وقد اضطلع بهذه العملية فريق متعدد التخصصات بقيادة رئيس إدارة عمليات الأشعة السينية لعلم البطاقات التدخلية أوليغ بولينتسكي ورئيس قسم القلبية التدخلية فاليري ستيلماشكا.
