ورفضت المحكمة من المطور تأجيل تنفيذ القرار، مشيرة إلى أن تدابير الدعم بموجب مرسوم حكومة الاتحاد الروسي رقم 326 لا تنطبق على الادعاءات المقدمة في عام 2026، ولم يقدم المدعى عليه أدلة على صعوبات في الممتلكات.

The court granted the claim and recovered from the defendant 072,280 rubles; the rest of the claims for compensation for moral damage were denied.
