The interior Ministry warned about the scheme of fraudsters with the design of a virtual card

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, fraudulent schemes are gaining popularity in the network, in which attackers promise to issue a virtual foreign bank card to pay for foreign services and purchases.
