I am confident that the implementation of the strategy will open up equal opportunities for people with special needs. It will help them successfully adapt to society, get a demanded profession and effectively realize their potential in any of our countries.

The development of the document will be headed by the Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after Maxim Tank. The University is the basic organization of the Commonwealth in this field.
