The arbitration court of the Voronezh region sided with Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Voronezh in a dispute with JSC Design Bureau of Chemical Automatics (KBHA, is part of the NPO Energomash of the Roscosmos state corporation). واستعادت الشركة ديونا قدرها 66.6 مليون روبل.

Initially, Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Voronezh claimed almost 100 million rubles. However, after filing the claim, KBHA partially paid off the debt, because of which the plaintiff adjusted the claims. وقد اعترف المدعى عليه بالدعوى؛ ولم يكن أي من الطرفين حاضرين.
This is the second such dispute for KBHA: in July, the arbitration of the Voronezh region satisfied similar requirements of Gazprom and recovered 160.1 million rubles from the enterprise.
