Voronezh arbitration ordered KBHA to pay “Gazprom” 66.6 million rubles

The arbitration court of the Voronezh region sided with Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Voronezh in a dispute with JSC Design Bureau of Chemical Automatics (KBHA, is part of the NPO Energomash of the Roscosmos state corporation). The company recovered a debt of 66.6 million rubles.

The reason for the proceedings was debts for gas supplies in March and April 2026, as well as for resource transportation and supply and sales services. In addition to the main amount, the court ordered the defendant to compensate 282.7 thousand rubles of state duty.

Initially, Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Voronezh claimed almost 100 million rubles. However, after filing the claim, KBHA partially paid off the debt, because of which the plaintiff adjusted the claims. The defendant admitted the claim; neither party was present.

This is the second such dispute for KBHA: in July, the arbitration of the Voronezh region satisfied similar requirements of Gazprom and recovered 160.1 million rubles from the enterprise.
