According to the updated document, athletes who voluntarily signed a contract with the armed forces or national security agencies of Russia or Belarus will not be allowed to compete. In early September, the FIS announced that skyers and iceboarders from these countries would need to sign a declaration of impartiality to compete in international tournaments in the 2026/27 season.
By December 15, athletes from Russia and Belarus must apply for neutral status. If approved, their names will appear on the FIS website. وإذا علم الاتحاد بانتهاك معايير القبول، سيلغى الوضع المحايد.
