The interim manager of Nestlé Russia appealed to the company’s employees
The head of L.E.V. Management Andrey Krayushkin called the main task to ensure the stable operation of Nestlé Russia, the preservation of jobs and further development of the company's business

L.E.V. Management, in the temporary management of which Nestlé Russia was transferred, is interested in the stable operation of the company. This is stated in the letter of the General Director of L.E.V. Management Andrei Krayushkin to the employees of Nestlé Russia. The text of the letter is at RBC, its authenticity was confirmed by a source familiar with the content.
The letter notes that the main task is to ensure the stable operation of Nestlé Russia, to preserve jobs and results achieved by employees, as well as to develop the company's business in the future. Krayushkin called this a priority of L.E.V. Management.
“To preserve continuity and implement further effective work of Nestlé in Russia in the new management structure of Nestlé Russia will continue its work under the leadership of Denis Voytyuk, Executive Director of Nestlé Russia LLC,” he wrote.
Krayushkin also noted the importance of the company’s work for the Russian economy: “Thanks to our work, retail outlets throughout the country receive hundreds of products we produce for consumers.”.
Denis Voytyuk, in his address to Nestlé Russia employees, said that the company will continue to adhere to the main priorities: sales growth, increasing efficiency, supporting and developing brands, “creating and developing common values for consumers and society.” “A separate focus is to maintain the high efficiency of our team, further strengthen relations with customers and partners and create conditions for further growth and development of the company,” the letter says, the text of which is at RBC and the authenticity of which was confirmed by a source familiar with the content.
Voytyuk expressed confidence that working with L.E.V. Management "will allow us to achieve success.".
RBC sent a request to Nestlé Russia LLC.
The decree on the transfer of “Nestlé Russia” to the temporary management of “L.E.V. Management” President Vladimir Putin signed on September 17. The document also concerns the main Russian legal entities of Auchan retailers, Leman PRO and logistics operator FM Logistic.
Nestlé said the next day it was assessing the situation and possible further action and would take the necessary measures to protect its rights. The State Secretariat for Economic Affairs of Switzerland expressed concern about the decision of Moscow. Nestlé Russia reported on September 21 that its commercial activities in Russia are continuing in full and all obligations to customers, partners and employees will be fulfilled.
Earlier, Krayushkin addressed a letter to the management of Auchan, in which he indicated that L.E.V. Management is interested in maintaining the LLC as a single trading network and in the uninterrupted operation of hypermarkets and distribution centers. The interim manager promised not to change the management of the network and take measures to protect its facilities from attacks, including drones. He also asked the management of the network to refrain from major transactions and transactions with conflicts of interest, from alienation or encumbrance of fixed assets, trademarks and other significant assets, from changing the staffing table and from significant payments to the management until the registration procedures are completed. A similar letter was received by Leman PRO.
In "Auchan" after receiving the appeal, they announced their interest in maintaining the uninterrupted operation of the network, and in "Lemana PRO" reported on the normal operation of the company's facilities.
