Musk has become a trillionaire again. How far behind are the richest people

Elon Musk has become a trillionaire again. Forbes estimates his fortune at $1.046 trillion.

The entrepreneur’s fortune again exceeded $ 1 trillion after the rise in the value of shares of his companies SpaceX and Tesla on the eve of the opening of the stock market.

The sharp rise cemented Musk's position as the world's richest man. Second-placed Amazon founder Jeff Bezos lags behind: his fortune Forbes estimates at $ 371.5 billion.

For the first time, Musk’s fortune exceeded $1 trillion in June, after SpaceX shares began trading on the NASDAQ. However, a few days later, the entrepreneur lost the status of a trillionaire amid a sharp decline in the value of SpaceX shares.
