Wildberries will launch a public procurement platform on behalf of the President
Through the platform, educational organizations will be able to carry out public procurement. The maximum amount of one purchase is 5 million rubles. At the first stage, the CPP will be available only to sellers from the test group

Wildberries will launch its own Digital Procurement Platform (DPP) in test mode as part of the order of Russian President Vladimir Putin. About this in the framework of the forum “Digital solutions” said the Director of the Department for the development of innovation and ecosystem RWB Evgeny Etin, the correspondent of RBC.
With the help of the platform, educational organizations will be able to carry out public procurement using the logistics infrastructure of the marketplace. At the same time, the maximum amount of one purchase is up to 5 million rubles. Etin pointed out that the platform will present the range recommended by the Ministry of Education and meeting the requirements for procurement activities, which includes stationery and household goods, equipment and equipment.
At the first stage, the CPP will be available to sellers from the test group, but in the near future, as Etin said, RWB expects to open a platform for registration of all willing and meeting the requirements of public procurement partners.
The creation of the platform was dictated by the order of the President of the Russian Federation at the EEF-2026 and will be implemented as part of the experiment that came into force on October 1, 2026 under the law No. 278-FZ. Marketplaces, which are in the register of digital platform operators provided for by the law “On Platform Economy”, and included by the government in the relevant list, will be entitled to conduct purchases “from the shelf” for kindergartens, schools and colleges.
It is expected that the platform will make the purchase of goods demanded by educational institutions more convenient, prompt and predictable in terms of delivery, transferring key stages of the procurement process to the digital format.
For sellers, the CPP will become an additional sales channel and will allow you to work with a new segment of customers. Placement of offers on the platform will be available for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who have passed the necessary accreditation.
“In fact, we are transferring the expertise of e-commerce to the sphere of public procurement, while maintaining the necessary requirements and mechanisms of the procurement process,” Etin said.
Wildberries noted that the mechanics of the CPP will be as close as possible to ordinary purchases on the marketplace: the seller places the offer in advance, indicating its cost, quantity, terms and conditions of delivery. When a customer needs a relevant product, he places a notice, after which the platform selects suitable offers.
To work with the CPP, the seller must register in the Unified Register of Procurement Participants in the Unified Procurement Information System (UIS).
On October 3, the government approved requirements for marketplaces through which state and municipal kindergartens, schools and colleges will be able to conduct public procurement. According to the resolution, marketplaces should be included in the register of intermediary digital platforms, have a logistics infrastructure in at least 45 regions and work with at least two suppliers of goods from the list of training tools for equipping educational organizations.
In September last year, Wildberries and the publishing house “Enlightenment” created a joint company and marketplace for public procurement of equipment, textbooks and stationery for schools. Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov said that the platform will allow customers to work directly with suppliers, as well as monitor the quality and compliance of goods with established requirements.
