Rosatom has completed the redemption of Sergey Shishkarev’s stake in the Delo group of companies, the parties to the deal said. The state corporation consolidated 100% of the holding's shares. Sources RBC said that the share of the businessman was estimated at 77 billion rubles.

The deal to sell Rosatom my controlling stake in Delo Group of Companies has been completed. Over 7 years of cooperation, we managed to do a lot together, but at the same time insurmountable differences about the future of the group have brought us to a point where our paths diverge today, Shishkarev said.
