Федеральная антимонопольная служба (ФАС) возбудила дело против производителя сырков «Б. Ю. Александров» — ООО «РостАгроКомплекс» — из-за нарушения требований Закона о защите конкуренции, передает пресс-служба ведомства.

«ФАС России установила, что у компании не было исключительных прав на товарный знак. Кроме того, продукция заявителя маркируется в соответствии с принадлежащими ему товарными знаками, что исключает нарушение прав на иной товарный знак», — говорится в сообщении.

Как отметили в ФАС, компания не выполнила выданное ей предупреждение о необходимости прекратить распространение недостоверной информации, отозвать ранее направленные письма и опровергнуть содержащиеся в них сведения.

Ведомство возбудило антимонопольное дело, а также признало «РостАгроКомплекс» нарушившим Закон о защите конкуренции и выдало обязательное для исполнения предписание.
