A new car brand Votour will enter the Russian market, under which crossovers and SUVs will be presented. It is launched by the holding "AGR" and the Chinese company Defetoo, told RBC in the press service of the holding.

“Its launch will mark a new stage in the strategic partnership, expanding its presence in the crossover and SUV segments,” the company said.

The model range will be designed for everyday trips, off-road travel and premium off-road travel, AGR specified. The names of the models, the production program and the timing of the start of sales partners will be disclosed later.

AGR and Defetoo are already developing Tenet, Jeland, Tenet Plus and Esteo brands in Russia. In addition to cars, the companies produce engines at the plant in Kaluga, which started operating in April 2026. By July, 25 thousand turbocharged engines with a volume of 1.6 liters for Tenet and Jeland were produced there, the press service of the holding reported.
