In Kargopol awarded young artists - winners of the contest "Architectural fairy tale of Kargopol". This is reported by the Kargopol Museum.
The award ceremony was held on October 8 at the exhibition “Stone temple architecture of Kargopol”. 37 artists, young and adults, presented 39 works.
The works were evaluated in three categories: stone temple architecture, wooden temple architecture and chapels of Kargopol. There were also three age groups: 11-13 years, 14-17 years and adults.
The winners were Bessonova Sophia, Gurina Kira, Korniychuk Anastasia, Balakirev Arseny, Khudyakova Tatiana, Kabanova Ksenia, Pozdysheva Lyubava, Chudinova Yana, Kononenko Darina, Pantyukhin Darya, Hoseniok Ekaterina, Malikov Ogneslav, Maslova Elina, Kuskova Arina, Grinkova Olga, Carpennikov Kirill, Zaikova O.A., Monastyrsky L.A. and Parshenko V.F.
The community noted that the works of the contestants are not just images, but a look at the world, love for the Kargopol region and an attempt to catch the elusive beauty of the North.
