More than 80 elegant “mushroom cubs” showed their costumes at the mushroom festival in Murmansk

The mushroom festival in Murmansk gathered about three thousand participants and spectators. This was reported by the Ministry of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of the Murmansk region.

The holiday was held on the street of Vorovsky. There turned mushroom food courts with an open kitchen and shopping rows with souvenirs of local masters. Guests were waiting for entertainment and music program, master classes and lectures.

The most spectacular event was the costume contest “Treasures of autumn”. Almost 40 teams showed up, more than 80 participants went to the autumn show. This is not the first time that some participants have shown their themed costumes.

The third place and ten thousand rubles received the team “Mushroom Assort”. Second place and 20 thousand rubles – the team “Autumn trek for treasures”. The team “Funny mushrooms” won, it received 30 thousand rubles.

The jury also established special nominations. They noted the team “Mushroom”, “Fairy tales of autumn fairies”, “All my, native”, “Mushroom family”, as well as participants in the costumes “Strochok Extraordinary”, “Mukhomorovna” and “Muchomorchik”. All contestants received souvenirs.

The festival in Murmansk continued a series of mushroom festivals in the region. So, on September 5, it was held in Apatity on the territory of the Izovela art sanatorium, and on September 6 in the Mysterious Forest art park in Kirovsk. The program of each festival included an exhibition of mushrooms, lectures, workshops and master classes.
