In the Kaliningrad Historical and Art Museum opened a photo exhibition “On the Bird’s Way”. It was dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the field hospital "Fringilla", which is located on the Curonian Spit and is engaged in the study of birds.
The exhibition features more than 40 photographs taken by 14 members of the Union of Wildlife Photographers. In the pictures you can see birds and other inhabitants of the Curonian Spit, as well as its natural landscapes.
The exhibition allows you to get acquainted with the work of the scientific hospital and see the nature of the national park through the eyes of naturalists. Some shots require special patience and skill from the authors: for example, photographers managed to capture even a viper.
