The Preobrazhensky court of Moscow received a lawsuit against Say Agency – the organizer of Kanye West concerts in St. Petersburg. The plaintiff demands to return the money for the tickets and pay compensation for moral damage. The amount of the claim is more than 800 thousand rubles, the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the city reported.

The applicant paid 640 thousand rubles for four tickets for the concert, the total cost of the order was 704 thousand rubles. The lawsuit was filed against Say Edgency LLC, which is the organizer of the event. The second defendant indicated LLC “Intikets”, “actually received money from the plaintiff”.

The defendants are asked to recover the amount for tickets, a penalty for violation of the term of refund, compensation for moral damage, as well as a fine of 50% of the amount awarded and court costs.

Say Agency announced Kanye West’s concerts in St. Petersburg on October 10 and 11 at Gazprom Arena. However, the venue said that it did not sign a lease agreement, so the show at the stadium will not be able to hold. Rospotrebnadzor issued Say Agency a warning because the company refused to return money for tickets. Four lawsuits have already been filed against the organizers of the concert: in St. Petersburg, Voronezh, and two in Moscow.
