There is a children's book festival in Mendeleevsk in Tatarstan

The fourth book festival “We and Mendeleevsk” was opened in Mendeleevsk, Tatar-inform reports.

The main program is in the center of the Dome "Atmosphere", as well as in the restored office of the Bondyuzha chemical plant, where Dmitry Mendeleev worked.

At the book fair there are books of more than 15 publishing houses, performances, discussions, lectures. For children there will be meetings with writers, master classes, exhibitions about Shural and the history of Tatar writing are presented.

The festival is held for the fourth year in a row, and this is very important: children in the modern world are passionate about gadgets, and you need to teach them to read books, says the head of Mendeleevsky district Robert Iskanderov.

The festival is completely free. Anyone can come and see and buy a book.
