The Kaliningrad region will be covered by the Days of Literature for three weeks

Literature Days will be held in the Kaliningrad region from 12 to 31 October. The program will bring together more than 300 events at 50 venues in all municipalities of the region.

Kaliningrad residents and guests of the region are waiting for meetings with writers, book presentations, lectures, scientific conferences, performances, intellectual games and poetry competitions.

Separate lectures will be devoted to the work of Alexander Pushkin, Fyodor Dostoevsky, Vladimir Nabokov and Evgeny Vodolazkin. In the year of the 80th anniversary of the region, they will also tell about the works of Kaliningrad authors.

The grand opening of the festival will take place on October 14 at 20:00 in the Cathedral on the island of Kant. A special guest will be the Moscow poet and translator Viktor Kiryushin.
