Russia was represented by Rashid Usmanov and Oleg Terekhin, with their works and decided to acquaint the Chelyabinsk people.
“It is through photography that there is a huge cultural exchange of values of different countries, it is photography that allows you to show how people live in different parts of the world,” Rashid Usmanov said at the opening of the Chelyabinsk exhibition. On this trip we had a lot of communication with photos from different parts of the world. China has long invented a format where they invite leading photographers from all over the world to broadcast their cultural programme.
It should be noted that the founders of the festival were the International Federation of Photographic Art FIAP, the relevant authorities of Anhui Province and the governments of Hefei, Xuancheng, Chizhou, Anqing and Huangshan. Photographers in the framework of the festival in China had eight days, dozens of shooting points, in the lens of the masters got and mountains, and ancient Chinese villages, and modern urban life, and famous tea, and traditional crafts. All this most resembled a field expedition, which resulted in a large number of unique footage from the life of China, some of which can now be seen and Chelyabinsk.
In Chelyabinsk, the exhibition was organized by the famous South Ural photographer Sergey Kolyaskin, who is a member of the Russian Geographical Society and himself travels a lot with a camera around the world.
