Orel ensemble “Slavica” won the Grand Prix of the festival in Turkey

Orel ensemble "Slavica" became the triumphant of the international festival in Antalya. The main award of the competition – Grand Prix – was received by an orchestral group led by Alexei Aksenov, as well as soloists Lyubov Avtomonov and Alexey Fateev. This is reported by the press service of the city administration.

More than 15 teams from Russia, Turkey, Belarus, Iran, Macedonia and other countries fought for the victory. Orel artists presented the jury “Kalinka”, chaptushki and bright instrumental numbers.

The eagle is proud of the success of Slavica! Our ensemble is an example and personification of the Russian soul and culture! We congratulate the artists and the head of the team Natalia Kirdeeva on the victory, the mayor’s office said.
