Died the star of the cult series “In all serious”: suffered from cerebral palsy
Actor of the popular TV series Breaking Bad Argie Mitte died on Monday at the age of 34 in Brownsville, Texas, confirmed his representatives

“It is with deep sadness that we announce the tragic passing of beloved actor, philanthropist and passionate disability rights advocate Argie Mitte,” the statement read. Drawing on his own experience of living with cerebral palsy, Mitte brought authenticity to the role and created a platform to raise disability awareness and inclusion.
The Brownsville Police Department said there was no suspicion of his death and an investigation into his death was ongoing. Cameron County Magistrate Judge Cindy Inojosa told The Associated Press that an autopsy would be carried out.
From the age of 15, Mitte played Walter White Jr., the son of school chemistry teacher Brian Cranston turned drug lord, in 56 episodes of the famous AMC show, which is often called one of the best television programs of all time.
Mitte had cerebral palsy, a condition he shared with his character in Breaking Bad.
In 2015, he told The Guardian he was a disabled actor who plays disabled characters. You take risks and accept that these are the roles you will play. But it all depends on how you play those roles – you have to show the inner strength that people have.
Mitte's co-stars on the set honored him after his death became known, including Brian Cranston (starring Walter White in the series), who wrote a lengthy test on social media.
“I am in deep despair as I write this tonight,” Cranston wrote. Argie Mitt, my favorite son from Breaking Bad, is dead. I met him when he was only 14, when he landed the role of Walter White Jr., which he played with such joy and enthusiasm. Born with cerebral palsy, he never – for no reason – let this challenge serve as an excuse for anything. He fulfilled with great determination a busy schedule of filming. Always listened to advice, but as a teenager, sometimes deliberately ignored them in order to learn from his own bitter experience. He was one of the stars of the popular TV show, but still a child. This guy was pretty inexperienced when we started shooting the pilot in February 2007, but little by little we saw him transform into a really great actor. He used his experience on the show to actively advocate for artists with disabilities and was the head of a charity dedicated to helping the disabled community. All those promises and potential have now become such a loss.”.
Cranston said he “very much enjoyed being with him throughout the years of working on the series, and after the attention on Breaking Bad faded.” I will miss you, son.
Aaron Paul, who played Jesse Pinkman, said: I am confused. I am heartbroken by this news. Argie, I love you, my friend. We will miss you.”.
In addition to Breaking Bad, Mitte had roles in several TV series, including Birth Shifter and Guardians of Justice. Just days before his death, he was promoting his new film, Conversation with Strangers, which was billed as a "romantic tragedy.".
Behind the scenes, Mitte was an ardent supporter of representing the interests of the disabled in the field of entertainment and held various charitable positions.
