In Alatyr simplified procedures for the restoration and support of cultural heritage sites

In the Alatyr Municipal District, owners of cultural heritage objects were explained new measures of state support and simplified rules for their maintenance.

Special permits and licensed organizations are no longer needed for routine repairs: it is enough to submit a notification to the security authority, which will be considered within 7 days (provided that the unique elements of the building are preserved). From March 1, 2027, the restoration procedure will be simplified: the coordination of project documentation and state expertise will be canceled, the documents will be evaluated by scientific and methodological councils.

Preferential loans to DOM.RF are available to investors (6% per annum for the creation of hotels, 9% for other projects). The program already includes 11 objects of Alatyr, including the school building of 1885 and merchant houses. Owners of objects in federal or religious property can also apply for budget financing under the state program "Cultural Development".
